Forest Park Middle School will follow the Springfield Public Schools uniform policy:

• Blue, black, or white collared shirts
• Black or tan pants/shorts, including joggers (no cargo pants/shorts or leggings)
• Undershirts of any color are allowed as long as they are under a uniform shirt
• Belts of any color are allowed
• School-sponsored t-shirts
• Blue, black, white, or gray cardigans, sweaters, or sweatshirts without hoods
• Shirts must be tucked in
• Appropriate jewelry and headbands are allowed
